Funny Ears Stage

Hey everyone, it’s Sarah. Just wanted to share a couple new pics of Eddie. He’s getting to the point now where his ears are starting to turn forward a little and stand up more. Oh, and I have a pic of him and his Daddy from Aug 25th to share too 🙂1233522_710001062043_1288697147_n

We had a bit of a rough time this past week. Eddie had a puppy stomach virus on Thursday and was not feeling well, although by looking at him playing you couldn’t really tell. Then on Friday he came with me to the horse farm and leapt out of the golf cart while we were feeding horses, coming up squalling with a nasty bloody nose. Took a trip to the vet, and they gave him a shot for the swelling on his poor little face and a prescription for a round of Amoxicillin to ward off a sinus infection after the nose bleed. He decided that the pink liquid that comes out of the syringe is pretty darn tasty! So all in all he’s fine, although I still feel terrible about the whole thing. But, he’s back to himself again I am happy to report. We did find out on our trip to the vet Friday that he weighs 15.5 lbs now at 10 weeks, so we are growing well!  Most of it may be in the ears, but I will let you all decide that…
